Red Recharger Smoothie


  • 235gms frozen Montmorency tart cherries, thawed
  • 125ml Montmorency tart cherry juice
  • 235gms fresh or partially frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 125ml plain, non-fat yogurt (or vanilla nonfat yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ground nutmeg
Red Recharger Smoothie


Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender and whip until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
