Our tart cherry chocolate recovery drink recipe is super easy to make, takes very little time and it tastes delicious. This is the ideal recovery drink for when you get in from a good training session.
With the blend of chocolate milk and yoghurt, you’ll be providing your body with essential protein and healthy fats to help rebuild and replenish your fuel levels. The cherry juice provides essential minerals to help with your cardiovascular health, lower cholesterol and adds a lovely fruity taste to compliment the chocolate.
