Tart Cherry Almond Overnight Oats

- 200g dried Montmorency tart cherries
- 200g old-fashioned oats
- 200ml almond milk
- 100g slivered almonds
- 30ml cherry concentrate
- 30ml chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
In a large jar or container, mix together your oats, almond milk, dried Montmorency tart cherries, slivered almonds, cherry concentrate, chia seeds and 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, spoon into bowls and enjoy cold or warmed up. Drizzle with a bit of honey or sprinkle with some extra dried Montmorency tart cherries and/or slivered almonds, if desired.
